Using ACV was neve...Now you have my mind churning. Using ACV was never practiced in our home when I was a kid.<br /><br />On the other hand, my wife is Asian and it emphatically was used and often. I have noticed major changes to the various meats cooked with and without use of ACV.<br /><br />Perhaps this contributes to some understanding.<br /><br />But, the issue of slugishness or fatigue following consumption of pork has not been observed here.
